Australia Post’s delivery business kicks it up a notch in November and December. Every year, they produce an official Playbook to help Australian businesses make the most of this peak sales period.

We broke this massive brief into three parts. First, the print and digital design of the 2024 Peak Playbook edition. Then, translating this content into a series of interactive videos hosted on Vudoo for a more dynamic and efficient user experience. And finally, a highly targeted B2B campaign raising awareness of these resources.

As the lead designer on this campaign, I coordinated an efficient rollout to tight deadlines. I led the UI and UX design of the interactive videos – from journey mapping to testing and design. And finally, I collaborated with the animation team to bring the assets to life in social.
