We had a problem. AGL's media buy always included Digital OOH placements. This required us spending hours and hours each campaign, setting up and designing each individual spec. So we decided to automate it.

By integrating dynamic Figma templates with a cloud-based spreadsheet (via Google Sheets), we reduced the design time for DOOH banners from hours to minutes. With variable element fields – for copy, price, images, logos and icons – we could update large rollouts at speed and scale with the click of a button. 

And the results? We achieved a 67% efficiency dividend by significantly reducing time spent at creative, design and production stages using these templates.
